Scotland continues its legacy of establishing entrepreneurial business with the establishment in South Ayrshire of “Learning with Horses Scotland“.
Founder, Training Director and lifelong equestrian Lee Watson-Hall has achieved her business vision of a horse facilitated training and coaching consultancy, providing leadership, team, change and personal development effectiveness services for organisations and individuals to support and enhance their business and lives.
In Europe and the USA, working with and learning from horses on the ground is increasingly recognised as successful corporate and personal training currency.
Lee’s background in management, training and consultancy in the public, private, charitable and equestrian sectors is the cornerstone for the “Learning With Horses Scotland” equine training courses and services. Lee and her team of horses host and facilitate these underpinned by the European Association of Horse Assisted Education tried and tested business system for team and leadership cohesion and enhancement.
Effective for business regardless of size or sector, meaningful for individuals, powerful for teams and inspiring for horse people. The process and outcome demonstrate that human interaction with horses as coaches allows teams and individuals to rapidly realise and appreciate their own responses and interactions in work and life – all in an atmosphere of real enjoyment!
